Cookie policy
Which cookies the site uses and why. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Last updated:
A cookie is a small text file that is saved to your browser when you visit a website. The SolveIT website only uses technical cookies and storage technologies that are necessary for the secure and accurate functioning of basic features.
The cookies and storage technologies we use
Session cookie: Ensures secure form submission (protects against fake/spam requests) and limits the number of forms submitted by the same person in a short period of time. It is deleted when you close your browser; it belongs solely to this site and is used only for its operation.
Browser local storage (Session Storage): The draft you write on the project form is stored in your browser only while this tab is open to prevent data loss. It is not sent to our server; it is deleted by clicking the "Clear draft" button or closing the tab.
Cookies we don't use
We do not use advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. We show a cookie notice: the "Reject" and "Accept necessary only" options continue with only the cookies the site needs to work, while "Accept" allows optional cookies that may be added in the future. Because no cookies other than those needed to run the site are used today, none of these choices starts an additional cookie or tracking technology. If such a cookie is added in the future, we will first update this policy.
Your cookie choice and its record
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage (not as a cookie) for one year; you can change it at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page. When you make a choice, the following is recorded on our server in order to prove your consent and choice and to meet our legal obligations: your choice, the button you used, the date and time, the language of the site, the version of this policy, and a random preference number generated in your browser. Your IP address and browser details are not kept in this record. Records are kept for 24 months and then deleted.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. However, if you block the session cookie for security purposes, the project form may not work.
